Have you ever wondered why people in positions of leadership, particularly those in government, make decisions that make absolutely no sense and that even a child wouldn’t make? Why does the government spend itself into bankruptcy, allowing itself to do those things that citizens are imprisoned for? What motivates citizens to continue re-electing these same politicians over and over when they are aware of the thievery and deceit going on, and how come no one speaks out against this, and why such apathy? Could it be that this is the way it is all supposed to work, or perhaps is there another explanation?

A document sealed in deer skin and given to the author by a mysterious stranger in 1974 reveals many of the answers to these questions, and challenges the reader to search for additional answers to these and other puzzling questions. Has it all been planned this way, and can anything be done about it?
